Learning & Development Officer – Real Estate

Dubai, UAE | Property Network Real Estate

Property Network Real Estate is looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development (L&D) Officer with a strong background in real estate. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs through performance evaluations, surveys, and consultations with managers
• Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs tailored to real estate sales, leasing, and property management
• Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and processes
• Maintain training calendars and track employee participation and progress
• Partner with internal and external trainers to deliver workshops and certifications
• Measure training effectiveness and provide reports with actionable insights
• Ensure compliance with RERA training and certification requirements
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning strategies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in the real estate sector
• Strong knowledge of real estate practices, RERA regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to design engaging training content (classroom, e-learning, and blended methods)
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
