Position: Learning & Development Officer (Soft Skills Trainer)

Location: Al Jaddaf, Dubai

Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month

NexaXpert HR Consultancy is hiring a Learning & Development Officer to join our client’s team in Dubai.

In this role, you will:

✔ Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.

✔ Develop and deliver engaging soft skills training programs.

✔ Manage LMS administration, training records, and analytics.

✔ Support employee onboarding and drive L&D initiatives that enhance performance and engagement.

✔ Work closely with business teams and external vendors to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in training delivery and L&D coordination (hospitality or service industry preferred).

Strong knowledge of LMS platforms and data-driven training evaluation.

Training certifications (ATD, SHRM, ISPI, etc.) are a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
