Learning & Development Supervisor

The Learning & Development Supervisor will promote a well-trained staff resulting in positive guest relations. Working with the hotel's line team members ensures that company standards are met and measured.


What will I be doing?


The Learning & Development Supervisor will execute the following responsibilities to the highest standards:

  • Record Management: Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and comprehensive learning/training histories.
  • Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate all training programs, including the continuous maintenance of the training calendar.
  • Communication & Logistics: Develop and distribute training brochures and flyers to notify team members of upcoming classes. Track employee sign-ups and prepare all necessary materials, including certificates of completion.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the HR process with various tasks related to the recruitment and hiring process for new team members.
  • Internal Mobility: Coordinate and manage the internal job opportunity system.
  • Advertising Support: Assist in maintaining an active list of labor resources and help coordinate the placement of advertisements for current job openings.
  • Quality & Data Analysis: Input and track data from various Hilton quality measurement programs into the computerized tracking system. This includes, but is not limited to, Guest comment cards and Standards of Product and Performance data, to identify trends.
  • Reporting & Inventory: Prepare and distribute reports that measure the effectiveness and results of training initiatives. Manage and maintain inventory of all training supplies, stationery, and office equipment.
