Responsibilities:

  • To track the validity of Personnel Licenses, Staff Authorizations and Certificates
  • To administrate Personnel Records and Personnel Database, including certifying staff licenses, maintenance personnel training and qualification and ensure that records and database are up-to-date
  • To administrate Certifying Staff Member authorizations and certificates
  • To liaise with training organizations and organize internal trainings
  • To archive current and revised Original Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and at is annexes


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Positive and proactive attitude towards Quality & Safety
  • Able to thrive in a changing environment
  • Able to work with company department managers to guide Quality & Safety requirements without causing friction
  • Good ability to manipulate digital databases so as to maintain an efficient central database
  • Fluent in English
