Learning Experience Coach (LEC)

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach students through project-based and experiential learning
• Guide students on D2C, content creation, AI no-code, and investment simulation projects
• Facilitate technology and AI bootcamps
• Support startup conclaves, management fests, and leadership programs
• Track student engagement, progress, and learning outcomes
• Enhance portfolio development, project execution, and presentation skills

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree or background in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or Technology
• Industry or startup experience preferred
• Experience in mentoring, coaching, training, or facilitation an advantage
• Proficient with digital tools and AI-based learning platforms
