Learning Experience Designer

Job Locations: PK – Karachi

Functional Department: Content Product Development

Type: Regular Full-Time

Working hours: 12 pm – 9 pm Pakistan time

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Experience Designer to join our back-office team in Karachi. You will collaborate closely with the U.S.-based content, marketing, and subject matter expert teams to create engaging, interactive, and effective eLearning experiences for IT and business learners.

Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:

· Learning Design Expertise:

Utilize your in-depth knowledge of learning design and delivery to create engaging and effective learning experiences. Leverage your expertise in curated content development and assessment to ensure our programs meet the highest standards of quality.

  • Specialization in Skill Development:

Bring your profound understanding of skill development to the table, incorporating cutting-edge strategies for fostering growth and proficiency in learners. Champion social learning and reflective pedagogy to encourage collaborative and meaningful interactions.

  • Real-World Assessment:

Demonstrate your proficiency in designing assessments that mirror real-world challenges, preparing learners to excel in workplace scenarios. Emphasize values-based learning design, infusing ethical considerations into the learning journey.

  • Grounding in Learning Theories:

Apply your comprehensive knowledge of learning theories and educational psychology to design experiences that align with the diverse needs and preferences of our learners.

  • Research and Evaluation:

Utilize educational research methods and statistical procedures to inform your instructional decisions and measure the impact of our programs. Your commitment to program evaluation will help us continually enhance the learning experience.

  • E-Learning and Instructional Design:

Leverage your strong skills in e-learning and instructional design to create dynamic and interactive digital learning content. Your creativity and proficiency in writing will be instrumental in crafting engaging course materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in instructional design or eLearning development.
  • Experience designing content for corporate training or online learning platforms.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms like Moodle, Canvas, or similar.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and Vyond.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles in learning design.
  • Understanding of adult learning theories and learner personas.
  • Experience in creating workforce training content is a plus
