What are we looking for? The Learning Administration Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing learning systems, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of learning and development programs. This role combines administrative expertise with technical proficiency in Cornerstone on Demand(CSOD) Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analytics to support organizational learning strategies. Experience: 3+ years in learning administration or LMS management. • Skills: o Proficiency in LMS platform Cornerstone for 2+years o Strong organizational and time management skills. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. o Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems • Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors • In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments • The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •LMS Management • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (LMS). Training Coordination • Schedule and manage training sessions (virtual and in-person). • Handle participant registration, confirmations, and attendance tracking. • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless program delivery. Reporting & Analytics • Generate reports on learner progress, completion rates, and engagement. • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements. • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement • Stay updated on learning technologies and best practices. • Suggest enhancements to improve user experience and learning outcomes.
