Lease-up Community Manager - Prairie Run

Join our team as a Lease-Up Community Manager at Prairie Run in Hayden, CO!

Prairie Run is a brand-new 135-unit live/work and workforce housing community located in Hayden, CO—an up-and-coming mountain town surrounded by incredible views, outdoor recreation, and access to some of Colorado’s best skiing.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in lease-ups and is excited to relocate to a growing community where you can make a real impact—both on the property and in the local market.

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates ready to make the move.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full lease-up strategy and daily operations for a new 135-unit workforce housing community

  • Build, coach, and motivate a team of 4–5 onsite team members

  • Drive leasing momentum through local outreach, partnerships, and community events

  • Execute marketing, tours, and move-ins to meet aggressive occupancy goals

  • Oversee compliance, resident experience, and overall property performance

  • Stay highly organized to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced lease-up environment

What You’ll Bring

  • Willingness and excitement to relocate to Hayden, CO and become part of a growing mountain community

  • Previous property management experience with exposure to lease-ups or new developments

  • Affordable or workforce housing experience preferred

  • Proven ability to lead and develop onsite teams

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Outgoing, relationship-driven approach with confidence in in-person outreach and events

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for occasional events

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000–$85,000 annually

  • Lease-up bonus opportunities tied to occupancy milestones
