Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Administrator to support the leasing and property management team by handling administrative tasks, tenant documentation, contract coordination, and system updates. The role ensures smooth rental operations and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare, review, and process tenancy contracts, renewals, addendums, and EJARI registrations
2. Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and brokers regarding leasing documentation and requirements
3. Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, tenant files, and property listings
4. Track contract expiries, renewals, rent collections, and payment schedules
5. Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and follow-ups for outstanding payments
6. Update CRM/property management systems with leasing data and status updates
7. Coordinate property handovers, move-in/move-out documentation, and snag lists
8. Support the rentals team with reports, listings, and administrative follow-ups
9. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries related to rentals
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and local leasing regulations
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in rentals, leasing, or property management, preferably within a real estate brokerage.
3. Knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and EJARI procedures (Dubai experience preferred)
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. Experience using CRM or property management systems is an advantage
6. Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
