Role Overview

The Leasing Administrator will be responsible for managing leasing documentation, coordinating with tenants and landlords, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Qatari regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage leasing agreements and related documentation.
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and property managers to ensure smooth leasing processes.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and tenant information.
• Support property viewings, lease renewals, and tenant onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Qatari real estate regulations and company policies.
• Assist in resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on leasing activities.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to track rental payments and expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in leasing administration or property management.
• Strong knowledge of real estate leasing processes and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
