Leasing Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Agent with 3+ years of UAE leasing experience to support property leasing operations. The role involves lead generation, property viewings, lease negotiations, documentation, tenant onboarding, and renewal follow-up. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and closing skills, solid knowledge of UAE leasing practices, and the ability to achieve occupancy and leasing targets.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospect Management

• Generate a healthy pipeline of qualified leasing prospects.
• Ensure all inquiries are followed up efficiently and converted into viewings or offers.

2. Occupancy Support

• Contribute effectively toward achieving portfolio/unit occupancy targets.
• Reduce vacancy periods by actively marketing and closing available units.

3. Leasing Conversion

• Convert inquiries and viewings into signed lease agreements within target timelines.
• Improve closure rates through timely follow-up and effective negotiation.

4. Customer Experience

• Ensure a professional and positive experience for prospects and tenants throughout the leasing cycle.
• Maintain strong responsiveness and quality communication.

5. Documentation Accuracy & Compliance

• Ensure leasing records, tenant documents, and agreements are accurate, complete, and properly stored.
• Support compliance with company procedures and UAE leasing practices.

6. Renewal & Retention Support

• Assist in timely lease renewal follow-up to minimize vacancy and tenant turnover.
• Support retention of quality tenants through service excellence and communication.

7. Market Feedback & Reporting

• Provide timely market intelligence and activity reporting to support commercial decisions.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Diploma holders with strong relevant leasing experience may also be considered.
• Minimum 3+ years of leasing experience in residential, commercial, retail, or mixed-use properties in UAE/Preferably in Ras Al Khaimah.
• Proven experience in, Property leasing and tenant acquisition, Conducting unit viewings and deal negotiations, Lease documentation and tenant onboarding
• Working with CRM/property management systems
• Advance English Communication Skills
• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License
