Leasing Agent

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will specialize in leasing residential and/or commercial properties, delivering excellent client service while driving occupancy and rental revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Representation: Serve as a liaison between property owners and prospective tenants. Showcase rental properties, conduct site visits, and provide detailed information about lease terms, amenities, and community features.

2. Leasing and Marketing: Design and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote available rental units. Leverage digital platforms, property listing sites, and local outreach to attract qualified tenants and maintain a steady leasing pipeline.

3. Negotiation and Lease Management: Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and conditions between landlords and tenants. Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial while complying with company policies and local regulations.

4. Market Research: Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in Dubai. Provide insightful information to clients to assist them in making informed decisions.

5. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the leasing process. Address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

6. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, contracts, and other legal documents related to the real estate transaction process.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai or a similar market.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Excellent knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, property laws, and regulations.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated with a passion for real estate.

- Confidence and ability to build rapport with clients.

- Valid UAE driving license and own transportation.
