Job Description: Property Sales Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Sales Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property investments, and closing sales while maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, visits, and referrals
  • Market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Negotiate prices, payment plans, and closing terms
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and inventory

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (fresh candidates with strong sales skills are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales mindset with target-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems
  • Must have own conveyance (preferred)
