Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Leasing Officer/Manager to handle leasing activities for our projects. The candidate must have prior experience in Food & Retail (especially in Way Side Amenities). Experience in malls will not be considered.

Eligibility

· Gender: Male or Female

· Experience: 2–6 years (Food/Retail/Way Side Amenities sector)

· Communication: Strong communication & negotiation skills

· Language: Fluency in English; knowledge of South Indian languages is an added advantage

· Mobility: Travelling is mandatory for this role

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, approach, and finalize leasing opportunities for food outlets, retail stores, and service-based businesses.

· Negotiate lease terms, rental agreements, and ensure alignment with company policies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

· Conduct market research to analyze competition, pricing, and retail trends.

· Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements.

· Track lease renewals, collections, and occupancy targets.

· Ensure tenant satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

· Regular reporting to management on leasing performance.

Industry Preference

· Food courts, highway retail outlets, way side amenities, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants).

· Candidates with mall-only leasing experience will not be considered.
