We are looking for an experienced Leasing Manager with over 10 years of experience in leasing, sales, and facility management. The ideal candidate will manage property leasing operations, work with clients to meet occupancy goals, and oversee a team. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing activities to achieve occupancy targets
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants and clients
• Lead and guide the leasing team
• Collaborate with facility management to ensure property maintenance
• Handle property sales inquiries and negotiations
• Monitor market trends and adjust leasing strategies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in leasing, sales, and facility management
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing teams and handling client relationships

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
