Leasing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Leasing Manager to lead and manage leasing operations for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing occupancy rates, developing leasing strategies, managing the leasing team, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, developers, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Leasing & Revenue Management

• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to achieve and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Oversee leasing activities for residential and commercial portfolios.
• Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and rental agreements in line with company policies.
• Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to stay competitive.

Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead, train, and manage the leasing team to ensure high performance and professionalism.
• Set individual and team leasing targets and monitor KPIs.
• Ensure proper allocation and follow-up of leasing leads.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards throughout the leasing process.
• Handle escalated client issues and resolve leasing disputes efficiently.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure all leasing transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with property management, finance, and marketing teams.
• Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of leasing experience in the UAE real estate market.
• Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi leasing laws and market practices.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Salary Structure:

Salary: Up to 6000 AED + Competitive Commission
