Property & Leasing Manager

Providential Property Management is seeking an experienced Property & Leasing Manager to oversee property operations, tenant relations, and leasing activities. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, maintaining properties to high standards, and ensuring tenant satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tenant Acquisition & Leasing:
• Implement marketing strategies to attract potential renters.

Tenant Relations & Property Oversight:

• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure properties meet operational and quality standards.

Reporting & Market Analysis:

• Analyze market conditions and provide regular reports on leasing activities, occupancy, and revenue.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the leasing process and UAE real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in leasing/property management software and data management.
• Knowledge of property compliance, regulations, and operational standards.
• Experience in sales, real estate, or property management.
• Show units, process applications, negotiate lease terms, and finalize agreements.
• Supervise leasing agents and consultants to achieve occupancy targets.
