Leasing Manager

Job Summary

The Leasing Manager will oversee residential leasing operations across assigned properties in Dubai. The role focuses on driving occupancy, achieving leasing targets, and leading the leasing team effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE market knowledge and a proven track record in team leadership and leasing performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of leasing executives to achieve monthly and annual leasing goals

· Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including property viewings, negotiations, documentation, and move-ins

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and minimize vacancies across residential properties

· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates in the Dubai real estate market

· Maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and real estate agents to drive leasing performance

· Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant retention programs

· Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements in leasing activities

· Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and property readiness

· Prepare regular leasing performance reports and dashboards for management review

· Handle escalations and resolve tenant-related issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); MBA or postgraduate qualification in Real Estate/Marketing preferred

· Minimum 7 years of residential leasing experience in the UAE, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role in Dubai

· Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, RERA regulations, and tenancy procedures

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (e.g., Yardi, CRM, SAP)

· Valid UAE Driving License

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
