Leasing Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly experienced Leasing Manager with 8+ years of UAE leasing experience to lead leasing operations across our property portfolio. The role will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, driving rental revenue, managing renewals, negotiating lease agreements, building tenant relationships, and leading leasing strategy in line with business objectives. Candidates must have strong knowledge of UAE leasing practices, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in tenant acquisition and retention.

Key Deliverables are,

Occupancy Optimization

• Achieve targeted occupancy levels across the assigned portfolio.
• Minimize vacancy duration and improve leasing turnaround time.

Revenue Growth & Yield Management

• Maximize rental income through strategic leasing, rent optimization, and improved deal structures.
• Increase renewal value while balancing tenant retention.

Tenant Acquisition & Retention

• Secure quality tenants aligned with portfolio strategy.
• Improve tenant retention and reduce early exits or avoidable churn.

Lease Renewal & Contract Management

• Ensure timely renewals and robust lease administration.
• Maintain full compliance with contractual, legal, and internal requirements.

Market Positioning & Commercial Intelligence

• Provide accurate market insights and competitive recommendations.
• Support management decision-making with reliable leasing analytics.

Customer / Tenant Relationship Management

• Build a positive tenant experience from inquiry to handover and renewal.
• Ensure timely issue escalation and resolution.

Team Management & Cross-Functional Alignment

• Drive team productivity, discipline, and capability development.
• Ensure strong coordination across departments to support leasing success.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive leasing experience in the UAE, with proven exposure to the UAE real estate/property market.
• At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial leasing role.
• Well versed to meet aggressive occupancy and revenue targets
• Excellent skills in building long term - relationship with tenants/clients
• Ability to enforce process discipline and documentation accuracy
• UAE Light Vehicle Driving License is mandatory
• Advance communication skills in English and strong presentation skills
