Leasing Officer

Location: Dubai

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in UAE Real Estate (Dubai market preferred)

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate leasing market, RERA regulations, and tenancy laws
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Well-presented, confident, and professional demeanor
• Fluent in English (Arabic/other languages are a plus)
• Proficient in MS Office & CRM software
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing inquiries, viewings, and client follow-ups
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare necessary documentation
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with landlords and tenants for smooth leasing transactions
• Achieve monthly leasing targets

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
