Qualifications

At least 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST

Holds UAE Driving license

Experienced in selling Off plan & Secondary Market Real estate units, leasing Properties direct from landlords and property management.

• Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory documentation
• Establish strong working relationships with admin and clients
• Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has the ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• RERA is an advantage
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
• Commit to achieving sales targets
