Leasing Operations Consultant - Real Estate / Building

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented male leasing consultant for our owned buildings/units to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, operational expertise, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic property rental operation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

1. Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

2. Monitor cash flow and manage petty cash transactions.

Operations & Administrative Support

1. Oversee day-to-day real estate operations, including tenant onboarding, lease management, and property maintenance coordination.

2. Act as a liaison between tenants, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

3. Maintain documentation for lease agreements, contracts, and legal compliance.

4. Coordinate property inspections, asset tracking, and facility-related services.

5. Support procurement and vendor evaluation processes.

6. Assist in preparing performance and occupancy reports for management review.

7. Oversee complete lease lifecycle management from drafting to Ejari registration

8. Manage DEWA/utility connections and disconnections for tenants

9. Coordinate property handovers including snagging and final accounts

10. Maintain DLD-compliant documentation for all property transactions

11. Process tenancy contract renewals with updated RERA rental increase calculators

12. Handle tenant complaints and disputes in line with UAE rental laws

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and operations, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP B1) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, financial regulations, and IFRS.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Tenant management skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in real estate/property management accounting.
  • Familiarity with UAE real estate laws and tenancy contracts.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ad Hoc Duties :

· Travel and Ticket booking for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
