Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team on a commission-only basis. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving high sales performance.

This role is ideal for self-driven individuals with a strong passion for real estate, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and competitive market. Candidates with a valid UAE Driving License will be given preference due to the mobility and flexibility required in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, marketing, and client referrals
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and site visits
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
• Assist in negotiations between buyers and sellers
• List properties and promote sales through advertisements, digital marketing, and open houses
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE property laws and RERA regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
• Ensure all real estate transactions are in compliance with the company's policies and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales-related role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Familiarity with UAE property market and RERA regulations (training can be provided)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus
• Must have a presentable and professional demeanor
