Leasing Specialist - Commercial

Proventure is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic Tucson team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial leasing, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working closely with prospective tenants, managing leasing processes, expirations, vacancies and ensuring compliance with lease guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial property leasing and/or real estate administration.
• Strong understanding of conflict management strategies and customer service principles.
• Proficient in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite; and MS Office
• Excellent negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail in contracts and agreements.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and reports
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
• Experience in facilities management or related administrative roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Present commercial property space and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Manage the leasing process from proposals to tenant improvements and move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and communicated with senior leadership.
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite for data entry, tracking expiration, renewals, options, and tenant relationship management.
• Work with senior leadership in developing marketing pans, refresh of vacant spaces and future leasing strategies.
• Assist in conflict management and resolution between tenants and property management.
• Collaborate with brokers and marketing for listed properties.
• Support the sales process by effectively negotiating lease terms and contracts.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Compensation: $60,000 - $67,500 + incentives and comprehensive benefits package
