Lecturer English

After the in-house orientation and training, the Instructors will be expected to:

· Take the lead for preparing high-quality lectures for their respective subject

· Prepare well-researched and creative online lectures according to their field of expertise

· Develop practice material for the students in collaboration with the Academic wing

· Deliver engaging lectures

· Adapt to the changing work dynamics at Nearpeer as well as the evolving global education system

· Work with basic MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint

· Connect with students on dedicated e-learning and guidance platforms of Nearpeer

· Meet deadlines and work under pressure if and when needed

Strong Comprehension, interpersonal, problem solving and Analytical Skills

Basic Knowledge of computer.

Qualification: MA/MS (English literature, Linguistics)

Minimun 3 years of experience is respective subject
