About the Role
We are seeking a
Legal Administrative Affairs Officer
to join our team on a
fixed-term
basis. The role involves supporting the Legal Affairs Directorate in handling administrative, and documentation processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and responsible professional who enjoys working in a structured, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities

Follow up and execute legal processes, including court submissions, registrations, and related processes.

Carrying out applications, registrations, and related processes with the Trade Registry Office and notaries.

Coordinate the signature and delivery process of Board of Directors’ resolutions.

Prepare and archive internal forms with proper documentation and reference numbers.

Process legal opinion requests, assign registration numbers, and coordinate responses with relevant departments.

Provide operational support to the Legal Affairs Directorate (e.g., travel and accommodation arrangements, document scanning, copying).

Record and file documents related to lawsuits, enforcement proceedings, and official notifications.

Perform other tasks assigned by his/her supervisor in accordance with company procedures and standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position, preferably within a law firm or a company’s legal department.

Good command of written and spoken English

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

High sense of responsibility and professional integrity

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset

Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
