Job Description

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a professional Legal Administrative Assistant to join a well-regarded DC law firm. The Legal Administrative Assistant will work collaboratively with a team of legal administrative assistants to support the attorneys! This is a temporary position and available immediately.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Collaborate with legal administrative assistants to ensure that assignments are being handled
  • Schedule client meetings and register Firm guests with the appropriate teams
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for attorneys
  • Draft and proofread correspondence and other documents
  • Utilize iManage to manage shared documents
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
  • 1+ years of professional administrative experience
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with InTapp, iManage, and Chrome River preferred

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and be able to start working immediately.
