I’m working with a highly regarded litigation firm in Boca Raton seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join its team in a full-time, in-office capacity.
This role offers the opportunity to support attorneys and paralegals in a fast-paced, complex litigation environment, with a focus on delivering high-level administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, format, and finalize legal documents and correspondence
• Manage workflow across multiple attorney assignments
• Handle time entry, expense reporting, and billing support
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and firm events (in-person and virtual)
• Maintain electronic case files and support records management
• Manage confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of legal administrative experience in litigation
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures (federal court experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Experience preparing TOC/TOA and supporting filings
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and support multiple attorneys
