Role Overview:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Legal & Insurance Admin Support professional to provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Legal Department while managing the company’s insurance portfolio. The role focuses on coordination and renewals rather than technical insurance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Legal Department with general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update the company’s insurance portfolio.
  • Coordinate policy renewals and ensure timely processing.
  • Liaise with business units and insurance brokers/companies on new policies and ongoing requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and insurance service providers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all insurance-related records.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in insurance administration (portfolio maintenance, renewals, and liaison with brokers/companies).
  • Background in legal administration is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
