Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual Legal Advisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real Estate Law and UAE Labor Law, with a minimum of 5 years of legal practice in Abu Dhabi. This role involves providing legal guidance, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and supporting the company’s operations with sound legal advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on matters related to real estate transactions, contracts, and property disputes.
• Advise on UAE Labor Law issues including employment contracts, terminations, disputes, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
• Ensure the company’s operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE legislation and provide proactive legal risk assessments.
• Support internal departments with legal interpretations and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of legal experience in Abu Dhabi, specifically in Real Estate Law and Labor Law.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s or legal certification preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of UAE legal system and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
