Legal Advisor

Faimy Amar and Co. Legal Consultants is seeking a dedicated and skilled Bilingual Legal Advisor (Arabic & English) to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of experience in legal practice, with a strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations. The Bilingual Legal Advisor will be responsible for providing legal advice, supporting clients on various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including bilingual contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on UAE laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal strategies and case management.
• Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external legal professionals in both Arabic and English.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and litigation.

Requirements

• LLB/LLM degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 year of experience as a Legal Advisor in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting in both languages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work in Ajman, UAE.
