Key Responsibilities:
- Open and manage tenant court cases in Ajman (e.g., rent disputes, eviction cases).
- Submit and track online government transactions through Ajman government portals (e.g., tenancy contract registration, attestation, and renewals).
- Handle the full leasing cycle, including preparing new lease agreements, processing renewals, and managing contract terminations.
- Ensure timely follow-up on bounced cheques, coordinate with tenants for collection, and escalate to legal action if required.
- Liaise with Ajman Municipality, Ajman Land Department , and other relevant authorities for approvals and documentation.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, legal documents, and communication with tenants.
- Communicate with tenants regarding lease terms, payment schedules, and any legal notices.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Ajman branch as needed.
- Ensure all processes are carried out in compliance with company policies and Ajman government regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leasing, legal coordination, and government transactions within the UAE (preferably in Ajman).
- Strong knowledge of Ajman government systems and digital portals.
- Familiarity with UAE tenancy laws, legal procedures, and cheque recovery process.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online submission platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
