Full job description

We are looking for skilled Sales consultant for Real Estate Brokerage Company, with experience in the Dubai Sales Market, to join our diverse team.

Responsibilities:

· Prospecting for potential new clients

· Actively seek out new business and build a client base through networking and referrals.

· Qualifying clients and recommending suitable projects based on the client's criteria.

· Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends in the UAE market.

· Identify clients' needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.

· Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process.

· Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients and provide ongoing support.

· Updating CRM database

· Negotiate deals and prepare necessary documentation.

Role Requirements and Skills Required:

· At least 1 year experience in the Dubai Sales Market.

· Strong knowledge of Dubai's market, including key areas and market dynamics.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
