Legal Advisor

About the Role: We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal counsel to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will play a critical part in reviewing contracts, handling legal risks, and supporting corporate governance matters.
Key Responsibilities:Provide sound legal advice and support to management and various departments.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.Ensure the company complies with local, regional, and international laws.Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.Conduct legal risk assessments and develop preventive strategies.Handle corporate governance matters and support board documentation.Advise on labor law, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.Keep up-to-date with legislative changes relevant to the company’s industry.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher; license to practice law in Saudi Arabia preferred.Proven experience as a legal advisor or in a similar legal role.Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, commercial law, and corporate regulations.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual (Arabic and English).Experience working in a corporate or multinational environment.
