Legal Advisor

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to provide legal representation and advisory support across commercial, contractual, employment, and regulatory matters. The role involves contract drafting and review, dispute management, litigation support, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations within a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents
• Manage litigation, disputes, and legal claims; represent the organization in hearings and meetings
• Advise on healthcare regulations, ethical practices, and compliance requirements
• Prepare legal opinions, reports, and memoranda
• Support internal stakeholders and participate in cross-functional committees

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s preferred)
• 6–8 years of legal experience in a law firm or in-house role
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
• Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic preferred)
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• MS Office proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
