Legal Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Legal Advisor to join our team on a 3-month temporary contract . If you have a solid background in drafting and structuring legal agreements with government and international entities, we want to hear from you.

Role overview

The Legal Consultant will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and preparing a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with government bodies and international organizations — primarily for commercial purposes.

What we're looking for

● Proven experience drafting legal agreements and MoUs, ideally in a government or commercial context

● Familiarity with Saudi and/or international legal frameworks

● Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight timelines

● Excellent written communication skills in both Arabic and English

● A law degree or equivalent legal qualification is preferred
