Requirements:

Arab nationality (Mandatory)

LL.B. in Law

Licensed Advocate / Legal Consultant preferred

Strong experience in UAE Commercial Law

Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts

Fluent in Arabic and English

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Main Responsibilities:

Representing the company before UAE courts and government authorities

Drafting and reviewing commercial and logistics contracts

Providing legal advice related to trade and consumer protection laws

Supporting management on legal and compliance matters
