Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Advocate with 3–4 years of professional legal experience to manage litigation, legal documentation, and compliance-related matters. The candidate should be well-versed in court procedures, drafting, and legal advisory functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the organization in courts, tribunals, and legal forums
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, notices, agreements, contracts, affidavits, and legal opinions
• Filling Rera Related Legal Forms
• Dictate and Draft all legal Documents
• Handle civil, criminal, corporate, labor, and commercial matters (as applicable) Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and summaries
• Manage case files, follow up on court proceedings, and coordinate with external counsel Ensure statutory compliance and advise management on legal risks
• Handle legal notices, responses, and negotiations
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement agencies when required
• Maintain accurate records of legal matters and deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• LLB degree from a recognized university
• Enrolled with State Bar Council
• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on legal practice
• Strong knowledge of Indian laws, court procedures, and drafting
• Excellent legal drafting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in corporate law / litigation / real estate / labor law (based on requirement) Exposure to compliance, contracts, or in-house legal work
• Good negotiation and client-handling skills

Salary:

As per industry standards and experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
