Job Responsibilities

Receive and track all transactions or requests directed to the department from internal divisions or external entities related to the company's activities.

Prepare reports and tables for the department, including but not limited to case reports, judgments, execution requests, contracts, consultations, and settlements, as well as schedules for cases, procedures, execution requests, agencies, and sessions.

File lawsuits with the amicable settlement department and participate in hearings.

Submit execution requests and monitor the closure of all cases filed against the company.

Review contracts, agreements, memorandums of understanding, letters, and respond to inquiries linguistically and for spelling accuracy.

Monitor the progress of legal cases from inception, coordinating with relevant internal departments and providing all necessary documents to the legal department until a final judgment is issued.

Review relevant authorities and entities related to the company’s activities, such as police stations, courts, and expert committees when required.

Prepare, collect, and review case documents and audit contracts made by the department with others, ensuring official letters are ready before any court session.

Seek amicable solutions for all cases received by the department.

Assist in preparing the legal department's budget.

Monitor compliance with established standards through inspections and periodic reports.

Implement plans and programs set by the direct manager and adhere to approved policies and procedures.

Coordinate between departmental activities and other departments to achieve main objectives.

Attend regular meetings with the direct manager.

Participate in settlement meetings between dispute parties, conducting consultations to finalize settlements and writing reports on outcomes for the direct manager.

Provide periodic reports to the direct manager on work progress, issues, and proposed solutions.

Maintain complete confidentiality regarding all work-related information.

Perform any other tasks assigned related to the nature of the work.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in law or a related field.

2 years experience in legal Affairs.
