Ibex, for one of it's global client, is hiring a
Legal & Compliance Admin.
Working Hours: EST Hours / Onsite
High-Level Responsibilities/Tasks:

Vendor Procurement Process - Administrative Support
-
Sending legally binding Docusigns (contracts) to our Senior Leaders and leaders of other companies (will need DocuSign and Lexion account)

Preparing summaries for Senior Leadership of contracts for review and signature using an established format
-
Contract intake - including: reviewing internal guidance to determine which leaders must approve a contract; ensuring approvals are obtained; ensuring proper documents are uploaded for review

Vendor Procurement Process Monitoring - e.g., sending reminders when contracts have stalled

Basic document formatting and review - including making clean copies of documents and independently
-
running compares
-
Working with Accounts Payable (and business) to get appropriate documentation uploaded for payment
-
“Own” the administrative side of vendor procurement, including reading and understanding current process
-
docs and being available (for a portion of the work day) to answer questions from the business
-
OFAC checks
-
Complaint Tracking
-
[To the extent time available] Assist with License Management
Desired Skills & Experience:

Well Organized

Close attention to detail

Strong Written Communicator

Experience supporting legal or executive teams

Strong knowledge of Gsuite, including Google Sheets, and Microsoft Word

Docusign Experience (helpful, but not critical)
