Under general direction and supervision of the Staff Services Manager I in coordination with the Assistant Chief Counsel, the incumbent will provide accusation preparation, and trial preparation and hearing support to seven attorneys. Incumbents will work directly with the ABIS automated data management system in the preparation of accusations for attorney review and approval. Other duties required are to perform routine legal work such as, routine legal research, writing basic legal documents (i.e., motions, decisions, etc.), and providing routine legal documents such as, certified copies, proofs of service, etc.

Special Requirements
