Alexander Business Law, a boutique transactional law firm, is hiring two full-time Legal Assistants. This is a hybrid position (typically two days in the office/three days’ work at home per week).

o Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Word and Excel, and

o Experienced with law practice management and CRM platforms.

What are the Responsibilities?

o Completing intake for prospective clients and handling client calls,

o Setting appointments for telephone and Zoom meetings for team members,

o Scheduling follow-up calls for clients,

o Basic document preparation,

o Maintaining firm reports and preparing meeting reports,

o Managing firm client files both paper and electronic,

o Assisting with closings and execution meetings,

o Ordering supplies, general office errands, and miscellaneous office duties.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
