About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support the Legal Affairs Department on a temporary 2-month contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative and legal support to ensure the smooth functioning of legal operations during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Legal team, including document preparation and filing.
• Draft, format, and proofread legal correspondence and basic legal documents.
• Organize and maintain legal files, records, and databases (both electronic and hard copy).
• Assist with contract management, including tracking deadlines and renewals.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage legal team calendars.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
• Conduct basic legal research and compile information upon request.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
• Previous experience (1–3 years preferred) in a legal assistant or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
