Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare various Court documents to include but not limited to orders, motions, subpoenas, notices, disclosures, etc...
- Record and monitor deadlines
- Provide administrative support to attorneys
- Assist in the maintenance of records within our electronic record-keeping system and physical files located within our office
- Plan and schedule appointments, hearings, conferences and/or meetings for attorneys
- Prepare, send, and receive correspondence
- Set up, organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems in accordance with recognized procedures and standards

Prior Experience:
- Prior Experience working in a law office or legal setting is preferred.
- Prior experience working in an office setting is required.
- Experience with the statewide e-filing system preferred.
- Knowledge of the criminal justice system is preferred.
Skills and Education:
- High school degree required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office required.
- Must be self-motivated and able to complete tasks in a timely manner due to strict deadlines.
- Attention to detail is required.
- Employee must be organized and able prioritize.
- Must be able to type 60 WPM.
- The employee must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Case information shall not be disclosed to anyone under any circumstances, except to the extent necessary to fulfill job requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year
