Legal Associate

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in legal drafting, research, and regulatory compliance, and will play a key role in safeguarding the company’s interests by providing precise legal support, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the organization’s overall governance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents in coordination with internal and external stakeholders with precision and clarity.
• Prepare responses and conduct research on consultation papers, policy directives and determinations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on regulatory, corporate, and contractual issues ensuring well-documented findings and practical recommendations.
• Provide legal assistance and advisory support to relevant internal stakeholders and management.
• Support in preparing and maintaining records of legal and regulatory matters of the Company.
• Perform special assignments from management, including regulatory compliance and related matters.

Job Specifications:

• Law graduate (LLB/LLM preferred) from a reputable institution.
• 1–2 years of legal experience, preferably in telecom, technology, or corporate sectors.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly proficiency in MS Word (formatting, drafting, and reviewing legal documents).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good analytical and critical thinking abilities with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within timelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
