Job Title: Legal Associate

We are seeking a qualified and licensed Legal Associate to join our legal team on a full-time basis. This position is based in Saudi Arabia and is open to candidates who are willing to relocate. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in legal advisory and litigation, especially in areas such as:

• Debt recovery and payment disputes
• Labor and employment law
• Partner and shareholder conflict resolution
• Contract enforcement with clients and suppliers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in legal matters related to the recovery of outstanding debts and payments
• Support the handling of labor and employment disputes, including representation before labor courts
• Contribute to resolving internal disputes involving partners and shareholders
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal notices, and settlement agreements
• Liaise with external counsel, government entities, and judicial bodies as needed
• Provide day-to-day legal support to internal departments

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law (must have a valid license from your home country; Saudi license is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree is an added advantage
• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with exposure to Saudi Arabian legal frameworks
• Strong understanding of labor law, commercial law, and dispute resolution
• Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a strong asset
• Excellent skills in legal drafting, negotiation, and litigation
• Willingness to relocate and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic legal environment in Saudi Arabia
