Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Mid-Level Legal Associate who can go beyond routine contract review and actively manage on-ground legal challenges faced in the company. This includes handling theft and damage incidents, filing and pursuing Police FIRs, dealing with political interventions, managing compliance issues, and safeguarding the company from business losses. The candidate will also assist in tendering, new ventures, and legal documentation for projects.

Requirements :

LL.B. degree with active AIB (Bar Council of India) License (mandatory).

Minimum 1 year experience.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proactive, resourceful, and business-oriented mindset.
