Byonyks Pvt. Ltd. is a pioneering medical devices company transforming healthcare through cutting-edge innovation. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Legal Associate to support our IP and corporate law operations as we scale globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications in Pakistan and the US
• Coordinate with international IP attorneys for legal filings and updates
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and business/legal documents
• Conduct detailed legal research on regulations and IP laws
• Liaise with stakeholders and shareholders for communication and compliance
• Assist in preparing documentation for national and international grants

Requirements:

• LLB or LLM with strong academic background
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Interest in Intellectual Property and Corporate Law
• Excellent legal drafting, communication, and research skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced legal-tech environment
