Legal Case Manager

The Case Manager is to work directly with our Personal Injury Attorneys in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment. This position reports to the Director of Claims. Successful candidates will assist the attorney in developing personal injury cases for settlement.


This position entails extensive contact with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers. Must be able to gather, analyze, and research information and documents, and manage a high-volume caseload. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills are essential.

Compensation:

$19 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Establishing insurance claims against auto and commercial policies
  • Assisting clients with property damage repairs/total loss resolution, coordinating rental vehicles, and removing clients’ vehicles from tow yards to mitigate damages
  • Coordinating medical care and ensuring that clients get the medical treatment they need, and ensuring the case supports it
  • Collecting and auditing medical records and bills, verifying balances, and spotting significant issues for negotiation purposes
  • Consistently following up with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients until completion of a task
  • Obtaining health insurance subrogation liens and ensuring health insurance is utilized for treatment when applicable

  • High School Diploma or GED required
