These are the responsibilities of a Case Manager Assistant:

  • Execute back-end administrative tasks and prepare necessary filings for multiple Case Managers simultaneously
  • Directly handle the completion and physical mailing of applications, ensuring all forms are accurate and submitted via the correct channels
  • Assist in communication with federal agencies by proactively tracking, submitting, and verifying the status of pending paperwork
  • Maintain standardized digital files for all assigned cases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal deadlines
  • Independently balance the administrative needs of different Case Managers to ensure no portfolio falls behind
  • Provide regular updates to the Case Manager team regarding agency bottlenecks or missing documentation
